Phase 1: Design & Approvals

- Detailed Quote & Inclusions: You’ll receive a transparent, itemised quote covering premium inclusions and structural requirements.
- Engineering & Council Approvals: Relax while we manage the complex paperwork, engineering certifications, and local council submissions.
Phase 2: Construction
1. Site Preparation & Excavation
Watch your vision take shape. Our expert team manages the entire on-site build keeping you informed every step of the way.
2. Steel Fixing & Formwork
The transformation begins. We carefully mark out your pool area and begin excavation, while doing our best to minimize disruption to your property and that of your neighbours.
Structural integrity is our priority. Our team installs precision-placed steel reinforcement and formwork, to define and give strength to your new pool.
3. Concrete Shell Installation
The core of your pool. We use high-strength shotcrete to create a seamless, rock-solid concrete shell that forms the permanent structure of your aquatic oasis.
4. Plumbing & Filtration
Behind the scenes excellence. We install premium internal plumbing, advanced filtration systems, and electrical components designed for energy efficiency and Brisbane's climate.
5. Tiling & Surrounds
We meticulously apply your chosen tiles and coping, bringing the aesthetics to life.
6. Fencing
It is now time to install your fencing as a necessary step in any pool project in Queensland. We are happy to work with a pool fencing contractor of your choice or let us assist you with this important step. Once your fencing is complete we will arrange for certification and sign off to allow forward movement to the next phase.
7. Internal Lining
Now that certification is complete the internal lining of the pool can be applied and internal fittings such as lights etc. be installed. Once this process is complete it is time to fill up your pool.
Phase 3: Consultation, Handover & Enjoyment
Construction is complete, and your dream pool is ready for those hot South East Queensland afternoons. We ensure a smooth transition from building site to backyard oasis with our comprehensive startup and handover process.
1. Pool Start-up & Water Balancing
After the pool is filled, we activate the filtration system and professionally balance the water chemistry. We ensure your pool is crystal clear, healthy, and perfectly prepared for your very first swim.
2. Personal Handover & Equipment Training
We'll walk you through your new pool, explaining how every feature works. From pool maintenance to operating your state of the art equipment, we provide hands-on training so you feel confident in managing your new pool.
3. Care Guide & Maintenance Options
You'll receive a custom care guide tailored to your specific pool setup. We also discuss ongoing maintenance to show you how to get the most out of your pool with minimum effort.
4. Ongoing Support
